In the era of openness we need to learn about what 's Transparent Leadership . Transparency is one way to manage important business . It is not related to strategy and also not something that is taught by business consultants .
Transparent Leadership is the ability of a leader to lead in creating fairness in the management of an organization and have a social responsibility to build the company .
Transparent company is a company that is rooted in a basic value , based on the greatest good for all people .
