It is not related to strategy and also not something that is taught by business consultants . Transparent Leadership is the ability of a leader to lead in creating fairness in the management of an organization and have a social responsibility to build the company . Transparent company is a company that is rooted in a basic value , based on the greatest good for all people . Leaders must continue to create a strong value and honesty at all times regardless of the consequences though feels very heavy . In leading an organization in the 21st century the most important thing is to be a transparent leader , wherein when information technology is very advanced and requires an open culture in running an organization . Make an open culture with everyone , invite them to work with honesty . Honest culture within an organization will create an efficient work culture in decision making because all is transparent . We need employees who have good communication . Good communication skills is to create strong interpersonal relationships . Because they are private, open .
